Fascia Boards & Soffits

What are Fascia and Soffits?

Fascia boards are the vertical boards that run along the lower edge of your roof, directly behind your guttering. Soffits are the horizontal boards that sit underneath the fascia, closing off the gap between the wall and the roofline.

Together, fascia and soffits (often called “roofline”) serve critical functions: they protect the exposed rafter ends from weather damage, provide fixing points for guttering, prevent birds and pests from accessing your roof space, and contribute significantly to your property’s exterior appearance.

Traditional fascia and soffits were made from timber, which requires regular painting and is prone to rot when moisture gets in. Modern UPVC roofline systems eliminate these problems completely — they’re maintenance-free, rot-proof, and can last 20+ years without any attention beyond an occasional wash.

We supply and install high-quality UPVC fascia and soffit systems across Norwich and Norfolk, including replacement guttering and downpipes. All work is carried out by our own trained team using premium materials with manufacturer-backed guarantees.
