This property required a complete roof replacement — the original roof had never been touched since the house was first built. We stripped everything back and rebuilt it properly: new breathable membrane, new treated roofing battens, and new plain clay tiles throughout. The dormer received a full EPDM flat roof replacement alongside new uPVC cladding, bringing every element of the roof up to modern standard in a single visit.
