Project Overview
This Hethersett bungalow had a 65-year-old tile roof with cracked tiles, non-breathable felt, and widespread condensation causing ceiling damage and timber rot throughout the structure. We stripped back to the rafters, replaced all rotten timber, installed a breathable membrane system, re-tiled with new concrete tiles, and replaced all fascias and soffits with maintenance-free UPVC roofline. The property is now fully weatherproof, backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee, with condensation problems eliminated for decades to come.
